Grain-Free Peanut Butter Tops
Ingredients:
-1 cup of coconut flour
-1 tablespoon of coconut oil (melted)
- 1 tablespoon of peanut butter (melted)
-1 egg
-2 tablespoons of water
Directions:
-Thoroughly mix all ingredients together.
-Flatten out small amounts of dough using the palms of your hands and cut into desired shapes with cookie cutters.
-Place on a greased cookie sheet and bake at 375*F for 6 minutes.
-When the cookies have been taken out of the oven place a dab of peanut butter in the middle of each cookie.
-Place back in the warm oven for 1-2 minutes to let the peanut butter melt.
-Store in a sealed container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
